How Can We Make AI Inclusive and Responsible?
Artificial intelligence is transforming how organisations identify, develop and deploy talent. But as AI creates new opportunities, an essential question remains: who gets access to them? This conversation will explore how AI can expand opportunity rather than reinforce existing inequalities, and how organisations can identify and activate talent that traditional pathways often overlook. Bringing together perspectives from business, international institutions, technology and social impact, the panel will address inclusive talent pipelines, skills-based approaches, workforce transformation and Responsible AI. The discussion will focus on practical solutions: how to broaden access to AI-related opportunities, recognise skills beyond traditional credentials, build confidence and professional pathways, and ensure that AI-supported talent decisions remain responsible and inclusive.
