Women in Tech: What We Need From AI
Women in Tech: What We Need From AI? AI is changing how we learn, work, build and connect, but what do Women in Tech actually need from it? Agenda 18:30–19:30 — Networking, Icebreaker & Welcome 19:30–20:30 — Round Table: “Women in Tech: What We Need From AI” 20:30–21:30 — Networking Speakers: -Lidia Ursu from Ladies in Product -Gabriela Pineda from Women Techmakers Barcelona -Ellie de Wit from Moxie 💡 COLLABORATION 💡 This collaborative session brings together representatives from Ladies in Product, Women Techmakers and Moxie communities to explore AI through five essential lenses: LEARN 📚 How can AI help women learn technology faster, build new skills and access new opportunities? WORK 💼 How will AI reshape women’s careers, roles and the way we work? LEAD 🚀 Can AI help women strengthen their leadership skills, increase their visibility and have greater impact? BUILD 🛠️ How can AI empower more women to create products, companies, projects and initiatives? CONNECT 🫱🏼🫲🏿 How can AI strengthen — rather than replace — our communities, networks and human connections? Rather than a traditional panel, each community will bring its own perspective to the conversation, creating a collaborative exchange around the opportunities, challenges and questions AI is raising for women in technology. And we’ll close with perhaps the most important question of all: What can community give us that AI never can? Join us for an open, practical and human conversation about the role we want AI to play in the future of women in tech.
